Deniz PINAR

Associate

Deniz is an associate focusing mostly on corporate and commercial law, employment law and real estate law.

Deniz is experienced in assisting clients in their daily corporate housekeeping and business operations, including drafting of all relevant corporate documentation and reviewing and drafting of various types of contracts. 
 
She has advised on employment law matters, assisted in employee disputes and drafting of relevant documents.
 
Deniz has also experience in real estate law where she has assisted in high-level landmark lease agreements, including advising on issues such as construction regulations and permit requirements, building use and operation permit requirements. 
 
Deniz previously worked as an associate in recognised law firms in Turkey.
