Furkan is part of Durukan+Partners team as an associate. He was qualified as a lawyer at Istanbul Bar Association in 2019.

He focuses mostly on corporate and commercial law and energy and infrastructure projects. He is also experienced in assisting clients in their day to day businesses. He also assists in transactions of other practice areas that the firm engages in.

He has experience in drafting, reviewing and revising various types of agreements especially in those relating to corporate restructuring.

Furkan previously worked as an associate in a recognised law firm in Turkey.
