Scott SAMUEL

Scott is an English qualified solicitor who specialises in banking and finance and energy and infrastructure projects and was previously a finance partner in an international law firm in London.
He has wide ranging commercial experience and has advised sponsors, governments, lenders and multilateral agencies on a number of complex financings, restructurings and international projects, particularly in emerging and transforming markets. He has also advised principal investors and private equity fund managers on acquisitions and disposals of investments in the oil and gas, mining, real estate, infrastructure and technology sectors.
Scott provides English law consultancy to Durukan+Partners, non-exclusively.
