Derya KUCUKKESKIN

Derya acts as a Litigation Specialist for Durukan+Partners. She has worked at the Istanbul commercial courts for more than 20 years where she served as a clerk and head of clerks’ office, giving her great knowledge of court procedures. She  then completed her law degree and was admitted to Istanbul Bar Association as an attorney-at-law. She currently acts as a litigation lawyer in corporate and commercial disputes, execution and bankruptcy, employment, cooperatives, banking and finance, insurance matters and civil law issues. She assists Durukan+Partners in litigation matters in all fields of corporate and commercial law.
