Ilgın has experience in commercial law, contract law, corporate law, labor law, consumer law and bankruptcy law.

Ilgın assists companies in navigating high-stakes disputes, as well as in the drafting, negotiation, and execution of complex contracts. She helps clients conduct compliance risk assessments and control evaluations for various company projects, particularly in the fields of the data privacy, AML, e-commerce, real estate law, and consumer law. 

She also advises domestic and multinational companies in a range of sectors, including luxury designer textiles, cosmetics, retail, electronics, pharmaceuticals, media, e-commerce, technology, manufacturing, and automotive, on commercial law, contracts, and employment law-related matters.

Ilgın represents both domestic and international companies in various sectors before Turkish courts and execution offices in a wide range of litigation matters, including commercial and corporate disputes, employment-related disputes, as well as execution and bankruptcy proceedings. She has also represented and advised local and international companies in arbitration proceedings.

Previously, Ilgın worked as an associate at well-known law firms in Turkey.
