Scott is an English qualified solicitor who specialises in banking and finance and energy and infrastructure projects and was previously a finance partner in an international law firm in London.
He has wide ranging commercial experience and has advised sponsors, governments, lenders and multilateral agencies on a number of complex financings, restructurings and international projects, particularly in emerging and transforming markets.
